该研究还发现,年轻的求职者倾向于使用在线渠道寻找新的工作机会,并查看公司的声誉。五分之二(41%)的千禧一代会在领英上查看潜在雇主的最新信息,而46%的Z世代倾向于在谷歌上寻找工作和雇主。

Of those employees who plan to change employers in 2019, 40% cited 'limited career path' as the key reason.

The research also found that younger job seekers tend to use online channels to look for new opportunities and check on a company's reputation with two in five millennials (41%) reading up the latest information on their potential employer on LinkedIn, while 46% of Generation Z tend to look for jobs and employers on Google.
“There is a high chance that digitally-attuned youths are looking for their next move on their mobile phones during commute or before they go to bed,” Jaya Dass, Managing Director of Randstad Singapore and Malaysia, said. “Employers that want to connect with job seekers and engage with their employees need to make sure that information about job openings and internal development opportunities are comprehensive, easily available and accessible to everyone.”
